This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how Order Music Gear, a DBA of Suncoast Supply Solutions Inc. ("Order Music Gear," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit or make a purchase through ordermusicgear.com (the "Site").

- Account information — name, email address, and password (stored in hashed form; we cannot see your actual password) when you register an account;

- Payment information — card and payment details are collected and processed directly by our payment processor, Stripe. Order Music Gear does not receive or store your full card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment card data on our servers;
- Contact form submissions — name, email address, and message content when you contact us through the Site;
- Any other information you voluntarily provide, such as reviews, photos, or correspondence with our team.
Information collected automatically:
- Session and shopping cart data, stored via cookies or similar technology, so your cart persists as you browse;
- Authentication cookies that keep you signed in to your account;
- Standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited, which may be collected through server logs or analytics tools;
- If we add analytics, advertising, or social media tracking tools in the future (for example, Google Analytics or a Meta/Facebook pixel), this Policy will be updated to describe what is collected and how it is used.

- Process and fulfill orders, including shipping, billing, and customer service;

- Communicate with you about orders, RMAs, warranty matters, and customer support requests;

We do not sell your personal information.

- Shipping carriers — to deliver your order, we share the name, address, and phone number needed for delivery;
- Suppliers and manufacturers — where an order is fulfilled through a supplier or manufacturer network, limited order information may be shared to complete fulfillment or a warranty claim;
- Service providers — vendors who help us operate the Site (for example, hosting and email delivery), who are only permitted to use your information to provide services to us;
- Legal and safety — when required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Order Music Gear, our customers, or others;

We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes without your consent.

The Site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of thirteen (13). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
