How long until my order ships?

We carry thousands of items from many brands, and each brand ships a little differently. Some items are in our own warehouse and go out the same day. Others come from the manufacturer or a supplier and take a few extra days to reach us and get packed. Most orders ship in 3–5 business days.

• Same day: items stocked in our warehouse.
• Within 3 business days: brands that ship quickly from their own stock.
• 3–5 business days: most brands.
• 5–7 business days: some brands that ship direct from a supplier.
• 1–2 weeks: a few specialty items.

When we have a specific estimate for a brand, you will see it on the product page. Business days are Monday through Friday, not counting holidays. The shipping time starts when your order is placed and your payment goes through; it does not include the time in transit with the carrier.

Orders with more than one item

If your order includes items that ship at different speeds, we may send them in separate packages so the faster items are not held up. Each package gets its own tracking number.

Tracking

You will get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order goes out. If we learn that an item will take longer than expected, we will contact you.

Free shipping

Orders over $50 ship free within the U.S. For smaller orders, the shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Carrier delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by weather and carrier delays. See our Returns & Warranty policy for how we handle shipping delays, damage and returns.
